Here at Dunbrae we offer a great recruitment option and highly invest in our future workforce to introduce new staff or looking to train and retain top talent.

Apprentices and trainees finish their higher learning journey equipped with practical skills and a formal education that will add value and bring new skills into our team.

This will enable Dunbrae to:

  • Bring new skills into the business to increase our competitiveness in the market.

  • Prevent future skills shortages and safeguard our business.

  • Train staff to suit the unique needs of our business.

  • Drive a culture of success within our business.

APPRENTICESHIPS

An apprenticeship is a structured training arrangement of usually three and a half or four years duration. The training combines practical experience at work with complementary off-the-job training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Apprenticeship qualifications can sometimes be completed at work. This means the training provider will come to you, helping to limit the disruption to the day-to-day operations.  Alternatively, training can be provided off site by an experienced training provider, with a program tailored to the specialist needs of the business.

Some of the apprenticeships at Dunbrae include Electrical Fitter, Sheet Metal, Electricians, etc.

If you think you can have a great career with us as an apprentice, don’t hesitate to email us at hr@dunbrae.com.au
